Depending on the offer in question, a free follow-up consultation is included in the price. If there are further questions about the change after this consultation period, we will be happy to answer them in fee-based consultations.
To give you as much financial flexibility as possible, we divide the payment for the website into two steps. After we have worked out the presentation ideas with you, the next step is to start programming the website with your consent. At this stage we require a deposit of 50% of the total website price. The remaining 50% is due after your website is available in real time under your domain.
We will be happy to create a new website for you while your current website remains online. As soon as we have finished programming your new website and you like it in the preview, we exchange the old website with your new website. This process is usually completed within a few minutes. For this reason, you will not experience any drop in your user numbers.

Of course. We provide you with a personalised website - the corresponding individual domain is a central component of your website. As long as your desired domain has not yet been occupied, we will acquire it for you. Similarly, we will pass on the annual hosting fees for the domain to you.
The annual hosting fees for your personalised domain amount to an average of 10 euros. If your desired domain does not fall within this price range, we will inform you of this before the purchase. Accordingly, you are the sole owner of the purchased domain from this point on.
