We process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

This website is hosted on a server of IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). The server is located in Germany. Server log files are recorded automatically on every access:
- IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
- Date and time of the request
- Requested page or file
- HTTP status code
- Referrer URL
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser and operating system
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is not merged with other data sources.
4. Fonts
This website uses the typeface Commissioner, hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is made. The font is delivered as a static file from our own server.
5. Contact
When you contact us by email (info@efthea.de) or via our form, the data you provide (e.g. name, business, the matter described, contact details) is stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is not passed on to third parties. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than six months after the last contact; where a contract is initiated, the statutory retention periods apply.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. No usage profiles are created and no data is stored in your browser.
